Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with your item(s), we’re here to help!  Every item is made to order,  therefore we are happy to exchange your item within 10 days of receiving your order.   We don’t offer returns for our items.  Buyer is to send back the item for exchange at their expense, meaning shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged product.  We recommend using tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (especially if value is over $50).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

• Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unworn or unused)

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@disseny.studio. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, The new item will be processed and sent out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

If any item arrives broken or with a production or printing error, please send pictures of the damage to: info@disseny.studio
